In response to the positive feedback on the topic „How to get headhunted“ we would like to offer interested women a brief workshop on strategies that help them to achieve optimal visibility for recruiters.

The workshop is for women who are looking for a new challenge. Simone Dappert, HR Consultant and founder of femalemanagers, will give important advice on how to be found by a trustworthy headhunter.

Despite of an increasing demand for women in the marketplace, most HR Consultants do not have enough women in their network. One reason for that is: women behave differently in networks than men do. An internal survey of femalemanagers found out that women have a higher demand for data security, confidentiality and quality standards.
